Don’t Wait To Feel Ready For Fall Recruiting!

 Here are three things that I want you to do this week so that you don't miss out on fall recruiting season. Number one, build a target list of about 20 different companies. I want you to split them into two columns, structured programs with fall deadlines on one side, and then companies that hire year-round on the other. Number two, find the application open date for every single one, and then I want you to pick your top five. Then put every one in your calendar with an alert. Make sure those notifications are turned on. And number three, finish your resume now, not the night before the career fair. Don't wait on this. Get ahead. And if you do those things, I promise you, you'll be ahead of most of your graduating class. Save this and actually do it, and I promise it'll pay off in the long run.
