About this Podcast Clip:

I know AI feels like one more thing working against you right now. Like it’s coming for your job before you even got the interview. 💛 I want to reframe that for you. The job seekers doing well right now aren’t fighting AI. They’re partnering with it.

1️⃣ Let it help you research the company, not write your whole story for you. The specifics still have to be yours.

2️⃣ Practice your answers out loud with it, then say them again in your own voice. That’s how you build real confidence, not a script.

3️⃣ Let it draft. Don’t let it decide. Your judgment goes on top of everything it gives you.

Here’s what gives me hope. 45% of business leaders say they’d pay more for creativity right now, 47% for innovation. AI took the mundane. What’s left is the human part. That’s still yours. You’re not behind because AI exists. You’re ahead the moment you stop seeing it as competition. 🤝

Save this for the next time it feels like too much. 📌

Episode Transcript:

AI isn't going to replace you, but someone who knows actually how to use this technology actually might. But before you panic, I'm not saying that you need to become a tech ex- tech expert by any means possible. What I am saying is that you need to learn how to work with AI in partnership, because the people who are actually going to stand out aren't necessarily the people who know the most about AI. In fact, they're really the people who know how to ask better questions, evaluate answers, use good judgment, and then bring everything possible to make sure that AI balances out their experience, relationship, creativity, et cetera. You get it. So don't compete with AI. Learn how to become the person who knows what to do with it. That's the career advantage, I promise you. So follow me, because I'm going to be talking a lot more about human skills that will truly matter most in an AI workplace
